Ninety-five per cent of survey respondents use water efficient irrigation systems, insulation for more efficient energy use, and biological pest control systems.

Ontario’s greenhouse growers are adopting a wide range of practices that support sustainable local food production, a new survey says, but still face some challenges in implementing some of them.
