NETHERLANDS- Steenks Service has been known for years for its wide range of machines for horticulture and industry. What kind of parts does Steenks Service sell?

"We sell parts for all the machines we have in our range. For example, we have a wide variety of parts. Think of brushes from our Stefix 135, but we also supply shafts and flange rollers for pipe rail trolleys. In total we have more than 1,900 different parts on our webshop, and we also have many of these parts in stock. "

To what extent has Steenks Service grown in terms of the sale of parts?

"Previously, parts were mainly ordered by telephone and e-mail. Due to technological developments in recent years, we decided at the beginning of 2019 to also position ourselves well online. We wanted to develop a trilingual webshop that is accessible 24/7 and in which parts can be ordered easily. Deliveries are made worldwide and we use a track & trace system. This makes it easier and faster for customers to find and order a part. "

Which part is the most popular?

"The most popular part has been the traction battery for pipe rail trolleys and spray trolleys for years, followed by the pipe rail trolley flange rollers. This traction battery lasts a long time thanks to its strong construction. For example, this battery is built up by means of a tubular plate technology and therefore has a high capacity and a long service life. Because we have been supplying this high quality battery for a very long time, it is therefore very popular among many growers. "
