Boost your food safety knowledge in a new online course

As part of the launch of FreshEdAcademy, PMA has partnered with Intertek Alchemy, an industry leader in produce safety eLearning solutions, to create PMA's first online certification course, "The Essentials of Produce Safety," a training program uniquely designed for produce industry mid-level professionals. The course is entirely online and an provides in-depth training that covers the key challenges and best practices in produce safety taught by PMA's Dr. Robert Whitaker and Afreen Malik. Here's how they explain the program.
