Even stronger produce supply chain after Covid-19

One thing the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us is that even minor vulnerabilities in the fresh produce supply chain can lead to significant market disruptions. However, one silver lining is that America's fruit and vegetable production facilities can be re-engineered for a much-needed upgrade, with a focus on greater resilience, inclusiveness, and sustainability.
