MADRID – As of 24 January, registration for Fruit Attraction 2025 is officially open. Exhibitors who participated in the 2024 edition can take advantage of the ‘priority booking’ program until 14 February 2025. After this period, starting 15 February 2025, registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis for both returning and new exhibitors.

Priority Booking for 2024 Participants
Exhibitors from the 2024 edition who register before 14 February 2025 and provide proof of payment for the reservation fee will be eligible to select their booth during a special allocation meeting in the week of 10 March 2025. The order of these allocation sessions will be determined by the number of square meters booked for 2025 and the exhibitor's participation history.

Registration After 14 February or for New Exhibitors
Returning exhibitors who submit their registration after the priority booking deadline, as well as new participants, will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis starting 15 February 2025. These exhibitors will receive their proposals from April onwards.

The participation guide for Fruit Attraction 2025 can be requested from the Benelux office of IFEMA Madrid.

Fruit Attraction 2025: The International Meeting Point
The 17th edition of Fruit Attraction, organized by IFEMA and FEPEX, will take place from 30 September to 2 October 2025 in Madrid, Spain. Following the success of the 16th edition, which recorded a 10% growth in both national and international participation, a new milestone is anticipated. In 2024, the event welcomed over 117,000 professional visitors from 145 countries and 2,201 exhibitors from 59 countries. With over 70,000 m² of exhibition space across 10 halls, Fruit Attraction continues to be the leading international platform for innovation and trade in the fruit and vegetable sector.

Segments in 2025
The 2025 edition will feature four main segments:
• Fresh produce
• Innova & Tech
• Auxiliary industry
• Fresh food logistics

Participation in Dutch or Belgian Pavilions
