Innovation Awards for Corvus and Van Iperen

Chair Liselotte de Vries (TU Delft AgTech Institute) explained: "The winners collaborated with other expert partners and have a systems approach, which is essential for future circularity and upcycling solutions to hold commercially and generate meaningful impact. It is a strong point that they do not look at greenhouse horticulture in isolation."

Corvus Drones
The Corvus drone is a fully automatic flying drone in horticultural greenhouses for crop monitoring. Unique is the automatic navigation based on visual odometry software (GPS signals are too weak to to use a greenhouse).

GreenSwitch Original
GreenSwitch Original from Van Iperen is the first nitrate fertilizer of organic origin. It is a pure, crystal clear liquid formulation that is suitable for high-tech greenhouses and any open field fertigation or foliar application in fruit, vegetables and floriculture.
