Maryna Yermakova joins Ridder

The appointment of Maryna Yermakova is the next step in Ridder's strategic repositioning, explains Sjaak Bakker, Managing Director of Growing Solutions at Ridder. "As a supplier of an intelligent system solution, we want to further anticipate the digitization trend within our industry. Increase in scale accompanied by labor and knowledge scarcity have only accelerated these developments. With our increasing focus on digital solutions and services within our portfolio, we are increasingly responding to important issues and developments within horticultural organizations."
In her new role, Maryna Yermakova will support and guide growers, end users and investors to increase the success of their organizations with digital solutions such as the Ridder HortOS platform and Ridders management information systems.
Maryna Yermakova is well-versed in national and international horticulture. Her knowledge and experience is partly due to her previous role as export manager at Certhon Greenhouse Solutions.
Maryna Yermakova's network and insights gained during contact with growers and investors will be very useful in her new position at Ridder. Maryna Yermakova; "In my role at Certhon and during other positions in my career, I have always gained a lot of energy from the contact with growers, managers and investors. From an advisory role with which I can contribute to the situation of the end user, I hope to further support Ridder's customers in the implementation of the many new innovative solutions such as the HortOS platform and Ridder's labour registration systems."
