Horti industry to attract a high-quality workforce

Members of the inaugural class of AmericanHort’s Horticultural Research Institute (HRI) Leadership Academy are looking to provide AmericanHort and HRI with recommendations for attracting and retaining a high-quality workforce within the green industry. These findings will be presented to each board during Cultivate’23 in Columbus, OH, in July.
