Industry salary survey opens for horticulture employers

Horticulture employers are seeking insights into industry compensation as labor costs continue to rise. To help, Seed Your Future (SYF) and North Carolina State University have launched a biennial salary survey, now open through February 2025.

The 2024 survey, initially introduced in 2022 with the American Floral Endowment, offers a detailed look at wages and benefits within the horticulture sector.
