Noah Verin’s farm doesn’t have the rolling paddocks, rustic tractors, or sunburnt country you’d expect. There isn’t even a veranda out the front. In fact, there’s no sunlight at all. Instead, Urban Green Sydney thrives in a 150-square-metre basement in Sydney's CBD.
