Eason Horticultural Resources (EHR) has transitioned to an employee-owned company through an ESOP structure, effective Oct. 1, 2024. This significant change makes EHR a 100% employee-owned organization.

The transition reinforces EHR’s dedication to preserving its long-standing legacy.
