7-Eleven to partner with sustainable farming company

Plenty Unlimited Inc. uses indoor vertical farming technology to grow produce year-round while using less natural resources than typically required for traditional farming. Irving-based 7-Eleven will offer lettuce from Plenty’s indoor farm in Cobb and caesar salads.
