Fargro appointed Jacqui Green as non-executive chairman

The business offers its sincere thanks to outgoing chairman Philip Green for his enormous contribution to the growth of the business, and for spearheading the recent MBO and investment by Ashridge Capital which has perfectly positioned the business to continue its strong growth trajectory.
New Non-Executive Chairman Jacqui Green has been involved in the fresh produce sector for over 25 years. During her career she has held a number of CEO and General Manager positions, as well as serving on Trade Boards, retailer committees and government working groups.
In addition to her impressive commercial skills, Jacqui is passionate about personal development and, as well as her consulting and non-executive director roles, she works as a mentor and is a qualified transformational coach.
On her appointment as Chairman of Fargro, Jacqui commented:

Jacqui joins the business on 17th June 2021. She lives in the southeast of England with her husband and two teenage sons.
