AIP strengthens foundation with Jan Willem Kruize

AIP (Agri Information Partners), strategic IT partner for the plant breeding sector and certification bodies, is pleased to welcome Jan Willem Kruize as a new shareholder as of March 2025. This step underlines AIP’s steady course: independent, self-reliant, and focused on long-term collaboration with the sector.

Jan Willem Kruize (40) has been with AIP since 2023 as a business consultant and commercial manager. His connection with the company, however, goes further back: in 2009 he completed an internship at AIP and has remained active at the intersection of IT and R&D in the agri-food sector ever since, including positions at Wageningen University & Research and Rijk Zwaan.

"I look forward to contributing to the continued growth and stability of AIP. What appeals to me is the company culture: down-to-earth, engaged, and people- oriented. This culture aligns well with our clients and is reflected in the craftsmanship and initiative of our employees. We have a team of dedicated professionals with in-depth knowledge of both the sector and IT.

We are building on a strong foundation. Our clients collect vast amounts of data, and our solutions help them use this data effectively to make better decisions. I am proud that we contribute to the impact they make globally."

Long term commitment to quality and service

Kruize's appointment is an important step in AIP’s long-term strategy. His in-depth knowledge of both the organization and the sector will help ensure continued stability and reliability for clients in the years ahead.

The AIP shareholders now consist of four members: Ad Ordelman, Gert-Jan van Alem, Berno van der Geest, and Jan Willem Kruize.

“We are proud to welcome Jan Willem as a shareholder. His market insight and client involvement align seamlessly with the values we stand for as AIP: a stable, independent partner with a deep understanding of the sector. This strengthens the continuity of our services — exactly as our clients expect from us.”
